Take Cyberpunk, but remove all offensive capabilities, reduce the slow uptime, add metal target and dramatically increase the cost/cooldown. White Rabbit has a minor role in some stages but for the most part. ridiculously garbage, and her nuker ability in 2nd form is hampered by very low base DPS. However, her slow ability in 1st form is useless due to low uptime thanks to her idiotic attack rate. Whit Rabbit's entire deal is being a ranged anti Red/alien crowd controller in 1/3rd forms and a nuker in 2nd form. Myrcia has use in stages like No Return Flights, but. To make matters worse, her 4 KB makes her practically unusable as a tanker as if she doesn't proc, she gets juggled super easily. 30% dodge vs Traitless sounds nice, but the dodge only lasts 2 seconds and any traited enemy can easily break through it. Her only positive is her decent health and that she's easily recycled, but the thing is, her DPS and range are WAY too terrible to make her worth using, and her niche is beyond situational. Who the hell wants to use an uber like that? Mizli loses all relevance after COTC, as any stage on which she is useable is only made harder. Suffering from mediocre generalist stats would be bad enough, but throw in one of the worst possible niche/ability combinations and you have garbage. Some of these choices will definitely be offensive to those who follow different playstyles. Note by the way that although I follwed generalist methodology, specialist type units were evaluated by how good or bad their niche performance is. This list was very hard to make, and also most of this is in my opinion. So I decided, why not make a ranking excluding limited stuffs? I was watching XSkull's ranking, then i realised that 8 of the 10 worst ubers in his ranking were seasonal/Collab Ubers.
